ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In your role as an Insurance and Financial Services member of the Zach Clark State Farm team, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and our agency. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- SIE, Series 6 and 63 (must be willing to obtain)

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
